The services sector is the most active in term of companies' creation

40% of the overall number of delivered certificates in august concern this sector, while the most popular jusidic form is the SARL.

The entrepreneurs' predilection for this sector is confirmed in august after a month of july 2001 that already witnessed this tendancy. This is what results of the monthly report of the Office Marocain de la Propriété Intellectuelle et Commerciale.

Indeed a study on the repartition of creation of companies' intention shows that the sector draws over 40% of the overall delivered certificates. Commerce follows with 32%.
One knows the importance this sector will have in the coming years, this results shows that the Moroccan society is fully aware of it.
It is likely that the part of this sector in the national economy will increase both employment-wise and for its contribution to the GDP.
